As normal with Chillblast computers no problem at all, been using them for a long time, highly recommend, them price is right delivery is good.

Product is as expected and all working well. Customer service was very helpful when ordering.
Only confusion came from not knowing the warranty comes from a third party. Theses warranty certificates have to be registered in 14 days.

Decided to go with Chillblast after changing from console gaming to pc gaming and I couldn’t ask for more. They stuck to the delivery duration that they state upon purchase and the pc was well packed/secured. Although there was a couple of minor issues along the way they was sorted quickly by the customer service team (Josh).

I’ve waited just under a month after having the pc to leave a review and I can safely say I will be using Chillblast in the future, thank you!

My first experience with Chillblast and I'm very impressed. Good quality components, well assembled. Delivery was within the offered timescales and it was well packed. Performance seems as good as I had hoped. All in all full marks from me thank you.

This is my second purchase of a PC from Chillblast. I chose Chillblast again because I was delighted with the service and help given by the Company when i needed it most. You can buy cheaper but I doubt if you will find better value.

I ordered a gaming PC for my flight simulator, in short Chillblast did an excellent build.

I do not go in for gaming or video editing so I chose a Chillblast Prestige i5 12500 Office PC using the Intel yintegrated graphics. The sales team answered m questions about the rear connections (it takes a little effort to get at the rear ports in my setup). I ordered the PC on a Sunday evening and I was pleasantly surprised to learn it would be delivered on the following Friday, which it was.
The only problem with my PC is that it is difficult to see the 'on' switch, but you can feel it (Corsair Carbide 200R case).
I am very pleased with my PC. It is silent and fast. It is a replacement for another Chillblast PC that is now 9½ years old.

Had my computer two weeks and it's working perfectly. The ordering process was very smooth and their advisors gave recommendations on how I could improve performance. Really happy with the whole experience, big thanks to Chillblast!

Bought the PC after reading a PC magazine labs test. It was everything that i expected, nice tidy build, extremely well packaged and worked straight out of the box with no issues whatsoever.

I was kept informed of the build progress and delivery was when expected.

I bought my 1st Chillblast PC over 8yrs ago and was very pleased with it (and its still working) with few very issues over that time. However, I wanted to upgrade and went back to Chillblast. I specked out a new PC and after some discussion with a CB rep decided on a much faster PC with more SSD and HDD capacity also now Win 11 compliant which my old PC was not. Received massive box quite quickly and was up a running within the hour. A couple of enquiries were answered promptly. So overall a great experience and would recommend. I always think its when things go wrong that companies show their true colours but have not had to call them in so far.

We wanted to purchase a pc for my son, one that to support his education and recreational needs. The team at Chillblast were absolutely exceptional. They listened to our basic requirements then gave suggestions and options available. No pressure just genuine help. Through some “user error” we have been in touch with the support team and again they were faultless, knowledgeable, friendly and so supportive. I would never go elsewhere as they have set the bar so high for others to try and reach ….

Second machine I have bought from Chillblast, one tower and one laptop. Very pleased with both. No complaints, would recommend and use again.

Received my desktop on time well packaged. I am very pleased with the purchase. The desktop arrived and was soon up and running and hasn't been any bother since.
My next desktop will definitely be a Chillblast
